Held in the pool, this class uses the natural buoyancy of the water to reduce stress on joints while providing effective, low-impact resistance that strengthens muscles and improves cardiovascular health. And the best part? We rock and roll to music while enjoying our water exercise, making every class feel upbeat, motivating, and full of positive energy. No swimming ability required — the class is performed in the shallow end of the pool to ensure comfort and safety.
