Aquacise

Aquacise is a co-ed water program. The program is designed to meet your individual level of difficulty. No swimming ability necessary. Focuses on improving muscle tone, circulation and flexibility.
Twinges N Hinges
(Pool)

This water exercise program is designed to help relieve joint pain and stiffness and is certified under the Des Moines chapter of the Arthritis Foundation and the YMCA of the USA. The program includes range of motion, strengthening and flexibility exercises led by a certified water instructor. No swimming ability necessary.
Aqua Fitness
(Pool)

This program is designed to meet your individual level of difficulty. No swimming ability necessary. Not only does Aqua Fitness help improved joint function and flexibility, but it also improves muscle tone, circulation, range of motion and relieves joint pain.
Body Pump

Silver Sneakers

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of motion and the ability to complete activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a Silver Sneakers ball are all used during the class, and a chair is used for seating and/or standing support.
PiYo/Cardio
Barre

PIYO Cardio Barre is a full-body workout that combines Pilates, yoga, and barre-style movements. The class starts with high-repetition, low-weight isometric exercises to target and tone specific muscle groups, followed by cardio intervals to increase heart rate and burn fat. Core work is integrated throughout the class to strengthen the midsection, and low-impact movements ensure it’s accessible to a wide range of fitness levels..
Line Dancing

Would you like to learn to Line Dance? Join Kathy to learn dances like The Cupid Shuffle, Electric Slide, Cowboi Boogie, Crash and Burn and more. All low impact-no jumping required!! We will start at the beginning and go thru each dance step by step. No previous experience necessary. Let’s have fun, burn calories and learn to line dance. All ages welcome.
