AQUA FITNESS WITH MARSHA
The Fort Madison Family YMCA’s Aqua Fitness class with Marsha is a fun, energizing workout designed for all fitness levels, whether you’re just getting started or looking for a more challenging routine. Held in the pool, this class uses the natural buoyancy of the water to reduce stress on joints while providing effective, low impact resistance that strengthens muscles and improves cardiovascular health.
And the best part? We rock and roll to music while enjoying our water exercise, making every class feel upbeat, motivating, and full of positive energy. Come move, splash, and have fun while taking care of your body.
