Meet Our Trainers
Shawnna Williamson
With over two decades of experience, Shawnna has been a certified personal trainer since 2002. She is certified in PiYo, PiBo, Zumba, and more. Shawnna has taught a variety of classes including step aerobics, circuit training, weight training, and spinning. She is also CPR/AED certified and passionate about helping individuals build strength and confidence through movement.
Connie Townes
Connie earned her personal training certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) in 2020. She specializes in flexibility, balance, and weight training, and is CPR/AED certified. Connie focuses on helping clients improve overall wellness and develop sustainable, healthy habits.
