Custom Corporate Wellness Challenge

"8 Weeks to Wellness"

Overview

The Fort Madison Family YMCA will work with you to create a Custom 8 Week Wellness Challenge tailored to your employees. Over the course of eight weeks, employees commit to improving their overall well-being through consistent YMCA use, movement, and mindfulness.

Gate reports help track participation, while weekly goals and activities encourage engagement beyond regular workouts. This challenge promotes consistent YMCA use and supports overall well-being while building teamwork, accountability, and lasting healthy habits.

The Goal: Visit the Y at least 3 times per week and complete wellness activities to earn points and rewards.

How It Works:

  1. 1Employees register at the YMCA front desk or online before the challenge kickoff.
  2. 2All participants receive a tracking card and weekly email updates.
  3. 3YMCA Visit Requirement: Gate reports will verify each participant's weekly visits. Members must check in at least 3 times per week to stay eligible.
