Students will get the opportunity to learn about Fort Madison history including visits to the train depot and museum, a visit to the Sheaffer Pen Museum, a visit from members of the Old Fort Preservation Commission, and a talk with locals about Fort Madison's Mexican heritage. Snacks and/or lunch will be provided.

Students will learn cooking basics through hands-on experiences with the assistance of YTK Staff and volunteers. Students will also get the opportunity to sign up to assist with YTK Dawgz, a mobile hot dog cart business that serves the Fort Madison community through events and local businesses. Snacks and/or lunch will be provided.

Climax Molybdenum brings the excitement of mining to the YMCA Test Kitchen! Kids will explore how molybdenum is used in everyday life through fun, hands-on activities led by Climax leaders. From science experiments to learning about rocks and metals, this camp makes STEM adventurous and interactive, inspiring the next generation of curious minds. Snacks and/or lunch will be provided.

A lunch cafe open to the public. Students will get the opportunity to assist in running the cafe, including food prep, food running, back of the house, and front of the house operations.
