Connie Townes is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with CPR/AED certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She joined the team on December 27, 2021, and brings a passion for helping others transform their lives through fitness, consistency, and confidence.
Connie's fitness journey began in 2005 when joining a gym completely changed her life. As a stay at home mom struggling with mental health challenges, she found strength, support, and purpose through fitness and the welcoming community at the YMCA. That experience inspired her to turn her passion into a career and help others create positive change in their own lives.
For Connie, personal training is about much more than workouts. She believes it is about helping people build consistency, confidence, and competence in their bodies while learning proper movement, accountability, and healthy habits. Her role is to guide, support, and challenge clients every step of the way.
When working with new clients, Connie takes time to learn about their schedules, goals, and individual needs. She conducts assessments and measurements before creating personalized workout plans designed to help clients see steady progress. She focuses on building routines that are both effective and sustainable.
Connie enjoys seeing clients accomplish things they once thought were impossible. Whether it is gaining confidence, seeing physical progress, or achieving a new goal, she loves helping people become stronger both mentally and physically. She motivates clients through encouragement, honesty, and sharing her own experiences and struggles, reminding them that the most important thing is to keep showing up.
As a mother of two, Connie understands firsthand the ups and downs of a fitness journey. Since 2017, she has lost 70 pounds and continues working toward new goals, including building muscle and gaining healthy weight. She believes fitness is about far more than appearance. For Connie, the greatest benefit of exercise is the positive impact it has on mental health, confidence, and overall purpose in life.
Connie wants potential clients to know that lasting change takes time, patience, and consistency. She is passionate about helping people improve not only physically, but mentally and emotionally as well. Seeing clients grow stronger, more confident, and happier is what motivates her every day.

Jessica Fraser is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with CPR/AED certification and a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics. She joined the team on April 27, 2026, bringing a strong passion for helping others live healthier, stronger, and more active lives.
Jessica became a personal trainer because she believes movement, strength, and mobility are essential for maintaining health throughout every stage of life. As we age, exercise becomes even more important in preventing muscle loss, improving bone density, and supporting overall wellness. Her goal is to help clients stay healthy, mobile, and confident for years to come.
She views personal training as more than just workouts. It's about helping people reach their personal health goals through encouragement, accountability, and a plan built specifically for them. When working with new clients, Jessica takes time to understand their goals, limitations, and motivations so she can create a realistic and effective path to success.
Jessica is passionate about making a positive impact in people's lives and finds the greatest reward in seeing clients grow stronger and more confident. She motivates clients through encouragement, celebrating progress, and reminding them why they started their journey.
As a mom of a 4-year-old son, Jessica understands how challenging it can be to balance fitness with everyday life. She prioritizes her own health by making movement part of her daily routine, whether it's an early morning workout, a walk, or stretching before the day begins. She believes consistency matters more than perfection and often reminds others that "anything is better than nothing."
Outside of training, Jessica enjoys pushing herself through fitness challenges and competition. She has participated in adventure races, Spartan races, 5Ks, and 10Ks, and is currently preparing for another Spartan Race while working toward completing a half marathon.
Jessica wants every client to know that she genuinely cares about helping them succeed. Her mission is to help people build healthier habits, improve mobility, and create lasting strength for life.
