PiYo Cardio Barre is a full-body workout that combines Pilates, yoga, and barre-style movements. The class starts with high-repetition, low-weight isometric exercises to target and tone specific muscle groups, followed by cardio intervals to increase heart rate and burn fat. Core work is integrated throughout the class to strengthen the midsection, and low-impact movements ensure it's accessible to a wide range of fitness levels. Both of these classes offer an energizing and effective way to get stronger, leaner, and more flexible while having fun and challenging your body.
