Twinges 'n' Hinges is a low-impact, water-based exercise program that focuses on improving mobility, strength, and flexibility. It includes a combination of range of motion exercises, strengthening routines, and flexibility movements, all designed to reduce pain and increase functional movement. This program is certified by the Arthritis Foundation and the YMCA of the USA for its proven benefits and safe approach.
