Connie Townes serves as the Membership & Wellness Director and is passionate about helping others build confidence, strength, and healthier lifestyles. A NASM Certified Personal Trainer with CPR/AED certification, Connie joined the YMCA team in 2021 after experiencing firsthand how fitness can positively transform both physical and mental health.
As a mother of two, Connie understands the challenges that come with creating lasting healthy habits and balancing wellness with everyday life. She is dedicated to supporting members through encouragement, accountability, and creating a welcoming environment where everyone feels supported in reaching their goals.
